| A | Accountant, Artistic – I have a degree in Accounting. I do truly enjoy Accounting. I just do not relish the pressure that goes with it. Once I found my artistic side, I decided to nurture it. I still dabble in accounting as I have clients who I attend to every month, so if you need accounting help, I’m here for you. |
| B | Blessed – I do feel so blessed to have my own company. It isn’t easy. I work far more hours, but it’s MINE! It makes me happy and healthy and I feel blessed every day for this opportunity. Business – along with that Accounting degree, I also have a Business degree. What a great fit considering I have my own business. 🙂 |
| C | Creator, Crafter, Chandler – yup, whether I’m sitting in front of the tv or at a market, I am usually creating something. Chandler? That’s what you call a candle maker, such as me. |
| D | Daughters – 2 beautiful girls whom I am very proud of and love with all my heart. |
| E | Environment – btw… I’m a tree hugger. I live in the city and when I take the dog for a walk, I pick up recyclables on our routes. Sadly, I can fill at least 2 grocery bags every day with items that can be recycled. And I promise, you’ll see far more ideas I have once I get the blog going. |
| F | Fresh, Floral, Fabulous! One of the things that has impressed me with the Fragrances I get is how authentic they smell. No diet-soda after-taste. Yuck! Free Smells available wherever I’m set up. |
| G | God – I believe we all speak of and refer to the same God. The only difference is the name we call our personal God. |
| H | Hand poured, Handmade, Handcrafted, Healthy – I make all my candles, coasters, pictures, small crafts, and many pieces of jewelry. And if you’ve ever purchased a store bought candle, you can appreciate having an artisan made candle that burns so much cleaner than what Big Box sells. |
| I | Ideas – If you’ve ever been in business for yourself or if you’re a crafter, you know those ideas can flood you in the middle of the night, while you’re driving to work, and in the most inopportune times. I am so thankful for the amazing ideas I’ve received. |
| J | Junk! While one man’s trash is another man’s treasure, I hope to show you how to deal with some of the items you may find to be junk. If you have a question on what to do with your ‘Junk’, contact me. I would be happy to help you Reduce, Reuse, or Recycle. |
| K | Know – I don’t know everything about business or candles or recycling so I am always studying and looking into new ideas I hear about. |
| L | Love! Sweetheart! If you don’t Love what you do, where you are, or who you’re with… why are you still there? Love Thyself! Do this and everything else will fall in line. |
| M | Married – since 2010 and love my husband with all my heart. I would not be able to do this if not for him. |
| N | Natural – because there’s enough junk in this world, why add to it. |
| O | Online – as you see, I finally got online. This hasn’t been easy for me, so please bare with me while I struggle through learning how to run an online business. |
| P | Palm wax – If you haven’t burnt a candle made of palm wax, you’re in for a treat. Palm candles burn longer, are self trimming so they burn clean, and let’s face it. They’re freaking gorgeous! |
| Q | Quality – I stand by my products. If you aren’t happy with the quality, PLEASE! Let me know. We will work something out. |
| R | Reduce, Reuse, Recycle – My friends…. If we do not take care of this amazing planet we live on, we won’t HAVE this amazing planet. |
| S | Soy wax – everyone knows about soy candles. What many people don’t realize is that a large number of soy candles on the market are not 100% soy. What that means is that ‘soy’ candles may be cut with paraffin. While paraffin makes candles look amazing (smooth and bold colors), paraffin is a petroleum based product. That means that you’re burning petroleum in your house when you burn many store bought products. Please… look for candles that say they’re 100% soy or buy from your local chandler so you can find out what they put in their candles. |
| T | Time Turners – For all you Harry Potter fans, I offer a variety of purchased jewelry and crafts created by BHN that have a Harry Potter theme. |
| U | Unknown – As I begin my online endeavor, it comes as a push from the Unknown. Our world is currently being turned upside down by COVID19 and I no longer can solely sell in person. I must now start a selling in a whole new dimension. Be well, my friends, and Be Safe. This too shall pass. |
| V | Very…. Grateful to now have this business. |
| W | Wellness – while you may not have thought about it, being natural and healthy can also go hand-in-hand with Recycling. I intend to go over some of these ideas in my blog as well. |
